The Curriculum at Nantwich Primary Academy aims to give children the knowledge, skills and opportunities to be successful members of society. Through a broad and personalised learning programme the children build on prior knowledge and are immersed in subject specific lessons. The children learn the skills to become Historians, Geographers, Artists and Designers.

Through the use of technology we aim to open opportunities for children to develop as independent and critical learners, using the format they feel is best to showcase their knowledge and understanding.

Our curriculum aims to empower our children to reach their full potential. Self-confidence and intellectual development prepare them for the future and encourages them to be positive members of the wider community. The natural curiosities of the children allow them to realise their potential and become passionate about their development in a wide range of subject areas.

We have an amazing team of dedicated teachers and support staff at NPA. Their experience and enthusiasm creates a cohesive team, and we are proud of the work we all contribute to in ensuring the continued professional development of all staff and governors. Alongside this, we are aided by an additionally amazing team of learning mentor, administrative staff, cleaning and catering and curriculum support staff who visit the school regularly to share their experience and skills with the pupils and staff.

Nantwich Primary Academy is fully committed to providing quality extra curricular activities and opportunities, both around the school day and during non-term time. All children in Key Stage 1 and 2 (age 5-11) have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of clubs provided by staff or community links. Should you wish to learn more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us - we would love to hear from you.
